Nature of cPanel ajax error:
AJAX scripting was implemented in one of the cPanel updates so that menus “slide” and “expand”.
But unfortunately, some browsers may contain an older version of WebKit which causes particular AJAX calls to fail. Generally, this error appears in the email section of the cPanel.
